Water is Life

It is a documented fact that our bodies consist of 80% water. A normal human being requires up to 8 glasses of water a day, why;
1.       Human muscles that move the body are 75% water
2.       Our blood is 82% water
3.       Your lungs that provide your oxygen are 90% water
4.       Our brain which is the control center of your body is 76% water
5.       Your bones are 25% water
