Cooked Food is Dead Food

Eighty million species on earth (about 700,000 of which are animals) thrive on raw food. Only humans apply heat to what they eat and that’s probably why

we suffer most from diseases like cancer, Diabetes, heart conditions, tuberculosis - I can go on for days.
It is plain and simple, fruits and vegetables and their juices contain more than enough nutrients that the body needs and there is absolutely no reason to subject vitamins, minerals and enzymes to such heat.
Cooked food not only loses its vitamins and enzymes but also it undergoes many nasty changes. The protein (especially red meat) and carbohydrates in cooked food are not easily digestible hence not absorbed by the intestines therefore useless waste of money just to satisfy our taste buds.
It has been proven by experiments that fruit and vegetable juices are digested and assimilated into the blood stream in 25-30 minutes vis-à-vis 6 hours or more for cooked food. Furthermore it’s expensive to cook 1 kg of beef steak (with escalating energy prices) than it is to juice 1 kg of mangoes.
Juicers are like 10 times cheaper than gas cookers yet they help you lead a healthy, hospital-free life.
